I first picked up a camera when I was 15, growing up on a Navy base. My mother was the first woman test tracker in the United States and the second in the world. Film was easy for me to access, so I learned quickly, developing both my skills and a lifelong fascination with capturing the world through a lens.
Photography has been part of my life ever since. Over the years, I’ve explored many subjects, but I’ve always been drawn most to landscapes — the way light transforms a scene, how weather changes a mood, and the small details that tell a much larger story. Today, based in Reno, Nevada, I continue to chase those moments, seeking out places where the land, sky, and light align in a way that makes me stop, look, and share what I see.
For me, photography is about more than just making an image — it’s about connecting to a moment in time and inviting others to experience it with me.
